![]() There has been a rising trend in gaming where tech companies come up with ways to bring the gaming experience to more and more people. It's also hilarious how their support website mentions absolutely non of this even though it should be a FAQ entry.Hogwarts Legacy will release on the Steam Deck next month ![]() I also dont know if it does funky stuff with the cloud syncing of steam so one might have to watch out if it says there are conflicts (Again, I still couldn't play it yet tho, just a PSA since I dont want anyone to lose a save file) Atleast I can download the 73 GB though, hope it helps someone. I have yet to test if we can both play at the same time, maybe we need to take one PC off the LAN. it might show "connect", while someone is playing on the first PC, however download should work as normal. What you can do if you want to still download the game in advance is:Ĭlose the game on the computer you have downloaded it already, Login with the account who owns the game on the new PC where you want to download it, start download, now you should be able to play on the first PC while downloading on the second. Or if you want to give them the benefit of the doubt then perhaps they just didnt know any better and their marketing just made these promises without really knowing. ![]() I dont think you could ever family share any early access titles (atleast not when they activate that weird prerelease thing which they have going), however they promised in advance that it is possible, it seems like a big stinky marketing ruse to me which is aimed at getting more people to buy the game together when money is short.
